Location: CA Mac 10.6.4, SCAL2.023, Inkscape 48
I did a video on how to do it for version 2.0 - 2.013 Try it and see if that works for you.

NOTE: The newest version of SCAL 2.023/24 allows you to export a SCAL file to a bitmap, a .png or an .svg

Firstcut did this tutorial for converting SCAL2 to SVG (she starts with a SCAL1) but the operation is the same for converting SCAL2 to svg.
