Which accent do you mean? Here is an SVG file. Break it apart and copy the one that you need.

Some fonts don't have those characters, but if they are in the font, you can get them by using either SCAL or Inkscape.

If you are working SCAL you can get that character by scrolling down the virtual keyboard until you see the character.

If you are working in Inkscape, select the text tool, click on the working space, press Control U, then type 00e1 for a lower case a or 00c1 for an upper case A. Press Enter. You won't see the character until you press enter. The number letter combo is Unicode and will work for any font that contains those characters.

Another way to get the character is to use the Character Map that came installed with your OS (That's how I got the Unicode for the characters).
